Holly Allen, Senior Event Manager
Since joining us as an event Executive in 2017, Holly has earned promotion to Senior Event Manager with her own team, running major international events, exhibitions, and roadshows for some of our most high-profile public and private sector clients.
She’s done it by being a positive presence on any project she’s involved with, supportive, friendly, funny, and professional. Not only is she a top events professional and role model to her team, she’s also a key member of our agency’s social and sustainability committees, helping keep our organisation on track on our environmental commitments… and organising truly awesome agency parties.
“I’ve gained so much confidence under Holly’s management,” says Event Exec Jemma Smith. “This is my first post-university job and Holly has been the perfect person to show me what the industry is all about.”

Kat joined us in 2022 and made an immediate impact. Her initiative and attitude have made her a firm client favourite, with many now specifically requesting her on their projects. From public to private sector, from London to Dubai, 100 delegates to 10,000, even going on stage last minute as an awards hostess – she’s covered a lot in her short time with us. The consensus is, if you have Kat involved, you’re in safe hands.
“Everything Kat does is with a smile,” says Group event Director Cressida Prout. “Keen to learn and do that little bit more, with an admirable can-do attitude, Kat doesn’t know quite how brilliant she is!”
