PwC at MWC 2026: Where conversation meets impact

An interactive, content-rich, multi-level experience that draws visitors in, sparks conversation, and brings thought leadership to life at one of the world’s most influential tech stages

The challenge: cutting through the noise

At Mobile World Congress 2026, PwC faced an environment bursting with spectacle, AI hype, and competing activations. The goal wasn’t just to attract attention - it was to rise above the noise without relying on gimmicks.

The ambition was to create a stand that felt purposeful, credible, and distinctly PwC: a space that drew visitors in, encouraged meaningful conversations, and allowed thought leadership to shine through in a sea of flashy, one-off experiences.

The idea: immersive, multi-layered engagement

A 425sqm double-deck environment was designed to operate on multiple levels - visually, physically, and intellectually. At its core, a large-scale curved LED feature wall became the centrepiece, hosting an interactive Formula 1 racing experience that generated energy, movement, and high footfall across the exhibition hall.

This immersive anchor was complemented by a fully integrated thought leadership programme, with panel discussions and industry conversations woven into the fabric of the space.

PwC’s voice remained front and centre throughout the event.

The experience: content, conversation, and connection

The stand functioned as a live content ecosystem. A purpose-built podcast studio enabled real-time broadcasting, streaming interviews and insights directly from the show floor, while a dedicated content creation hub captured conversations with PwC leaders and partners against the backdrop of the live exhibition environment.

Collaboration and inclusivity were key themes, highlighted through a hosted panel with The Female Quotient, exploring the role of women in technology and AI.

The hospitality: elevating engagement

Premium hospitality played a central role in shaping the experience. The stand was designed with ample space to run catering seamlessly alongside panels, podcasts, and content creation, ensuring every activity flowed without disruption.

Food & Mambo provided barista coffee, catering, and informal networking throughout the day, creating a welcoming, high-quality environment for conversation. Later, the space transformed into a VIP cocktail reception, offering a sophisticated setting for deeper client engagement and relationship building.

The impact: a destination for dialogue

PwC’s stand at Mobile World Congress 2026 proved that scale and substance can work beautifully together. The curved LED F1 racing experience wasn’t just eye-catching - it was immersive, letting multiple players compete at once, with no queues to break the flow. It became a magnet on the show floor, turning fun into a memorable touchpoint for the brand.

Alongside live panels, podcast streams, and thoughtfully designed hospitality, every element worked in harmony to bring PwC’s brand to life. Visitors stayed, engaged, and connected, leaving with a lasting impression of PwC as a leader in technology, innovation, and meaningful industry dialogue.
